Another helpful tip while taking the training course is to use a highlighter tool you can find as an addon or extension in your browser.
You can also use the Zoom feature in your browser to make the text and content and larger depending on your specific needs and comfort.
Our first learning objective is exploring our website and having a solid foundation of our mission and our values, who we are as a peer support organization, and the work we do through our programs and services. Please take some time to thoroughly read all of our About Us and Our Programs and Services pages.

Our mental health is influenced and impacted by our identities and the identities of other people and other groups of people.
As we learn about cultural competency, humility, and intersectionality we learn more about ourselves, other people and groups, and sets the foundation and framework for working with different people and groups of people in the scope of our work in providing peer mental health support.
